Mystic River Resort offers a fantastic jungle escape with personalized service and stunning natural beauty. The staff goes above and beyond, and the on-site dining is convenient and flavorful. However, the lack of air conditioning and Wi-Fi in the rooms can be inconvenient, and the limited facilities might leave some guests wanting more.

Mystic River Resort offers a unique and cozy escape in the Cayo District, with charming accommodations that provide a genuine feel of being enveloped by nature. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, and I loved the private balconies with views of the lush jungle and the river. The staff were generally friendly and attentive, but I did experience some service hiccups during my stay. While the dining was delightful overall, I wish the breakfast options had a bit more variety. The location is simply stunning, surrounded by natural beauty and well-kept grounds, making it a great retreat for families and adventurers alike.

The only downside was that Wi-Fi was only available in public areas. Overall, we found great value for the price we paid.
